Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the people who run Picture to Coloring Page at picturetocoloringpage.org ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

Picture to Coloring Page turns pictures and ideas into black-and-white pages for coloring, tracing and crafts. The AI tools take a photo or a short description and have an AI model draw line art from it. The browser tools (name coloring pages, name tracing worksheets, stencils and bead patterns) build the page in your own browser from what you type or drop in. AI drawings are made by a machine: lines may be missing, merged or not fully closed, and a likeness may be loose. Check a page before you print it, hand it out or cut a stencil from it.

Free use

Every visitor can make three images with the AI tools for free, without signing up. The browser tools have no such limit. The AI allowance is per person, not per browser: we track it per network and device, and using extra devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to get more is not allowed. We may change or pause the free allowance at any time.

Pictures you upload

• Upload only pictures you took or have the right to use. Photos of people need their consent; a child's photo needs the permission of that child's parent or guardian.
• Children under 13 may not use the site on their own; a parent, guardian or teacher can make pages for them.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything that is illegal where you or we are.

You keep every right to your picture. You let us store it, process it and send it to our AI providers only to make the pages you ask for, until it is deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The pages you create

As far as we are concerned, what you make is yours: print it, share it, use it in class or sell it, for any lawful purpose. We claim no ownership of it. Keep in mind that in some countries purely AI-made images can't be protected by copyright, and that someone else may get a similar page from a similar request. If your picture shows a character, logo or artwork that belongs to someone else, their rights still apply to the coloring page made from it.

Don't use the site to make pages that pretend to be someone else's official material, or to deceive or harass anyone.

Things you must not do

• Break the law or anyone else's rights while using the site.
• Get around the free allowance or rate limits.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example pages belong to us. Don't copy them without our permission.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without warning.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be online, that it will be free of errors, or that a page will suit your purpose, for example that a stencil will cut cleanly or a bead pattern will match your beads exactly.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, wasted materials or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is more. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
